Agency questions
Can I try it before choosing Agency?
Yes. The free trial is the same chat on one site, so you can check the answers on a client's website. Client workspaces, your branding and client reports turn on when you choose the Agency plan, which you can do from the trial at any time.
Do my clients pay MooseChat?
No. You pay one bill for every client and charge them your own way. Clients never see our prices.
What do my clients see?

Can I set up client bots from code?
Yes. Clients, bots, sources, leads and your branding are all in the API. The MCP server lets an AI editor like Claude Code or Cursor set up a bot and add the snippet to the site's code.
